Penis Enlargement Surgery - Cirurgia de Aumento Peniano – Penile Augmentation in length and girth
Surgical techniques used for penis enlargement (enhancement phalloplasty) - penis lengthening and penis widening (girth enhancement) -- have been in the urologic literature for many years.There are various ways of enlarging the penis. In my practice, patients either have a lengthening or widening alone, or a lengthening and widening in a single session. Glanular enhancement may be performed alone or combined with any procedure.
I personally see in consultation all of my patients before and after surgery and perform all the surgical procedures myself.
Penis Widening Surgery ( PMMA Bioplasty)
We have noticed a permanent increase in penile girth (circumference) in the flaccid state with our pericavernosal (P/C) PMMA technique. While a 40 to 50% gain in girth (flaccid state) may be achieved, most men get an increase of about 30%. An approximate 5 to 10% gain in girth is obtained in the erect state.
With the PMMA techniquefor Penile Widening we are adding multiple layers of PMMA under the penile skin on top of the erectile chambers to give thickness by "stacking" or "folding" the PMMA. There are no contour defects and appearance and feel are normal. A penile stretching device is suggested after the widening procedure to combat scar contraction that might occur.
Before you do this procedure you have to do a fimosis susgery ( postectomy) whick takes out the foreskin that covers the glans (head of penis). Its a common surgery that can be done by any urologist or surgeon of your choice. After at least 30 days from the postectomy you can do the penis widening procedure
These procedures are performed in an outpatient ambulatory setting, either at a hospital or in a private surgical facility. Patient can return to his home immediately after the procedure.
Penis Enlargement (Length) Surgery
Approximately one-third to one-half of the penis is inside the body, and is internally attached to the undersurface of the pubic bone. Penis lengthening involves the release of the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone. The suspensory ligament makes the penis arch under the pubic bone. Release of this ligament allows the penis to protrude on a straighter path, further outward to give more functional length. With the penis on stretch, the ligament is divided close to the pubic bone until all midline attachments have been freed. Once these ligaments have been cut, part of the penile shaft (usually held within the body) drops forward and extends out, enlarging the penis in 2-3 cm. After surgery, part of the postoperative treatment includes stretching of the penis to prevent the severed suspensory ligament from healing shorter than it was previously.

How Taken
must be used consistently to prevent pregnancy. Take this medication with food or immediately after a meal to avoid stomach upset. Try to take this medication at the same time each day. This may help you to remember to take it regularly. come in packets of 21 or 28 tablets. If you have a 21-tablet packet, take one tablet daily for 21 days and then wait 7 days (no tablets) before starting a new packet. If you have a 28-tablet packet, take one tablet daily for 28 days in the order specified in your packet. The last seven tablets in a 28-tablet packet are a different color. These tablets do not contain ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel; they contain iron (ferrous fumarate) or an inactive ingredient and are used to permit continuous daily dosing during the entire 28-day cycle. This eliminates the need to count the number of days between cycles. A new 28-tablet packet should be started the day after taking your 28th tablet. When first starting on this medication, use an additional method of birth control until you have correctly taken at least 7 days' worth of tablets. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully concerning when to take your first tablet (on the first or fifth day of your menstrual period, or on the first Sunday on or after bleeding begins). Take exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or less of this medication unless your doctor has advised you to do so. Do not stop taking this medication without talking to your doctor.
Warnings/Precautions
Before taking this medication, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, angina, or heart disease; had a stroke; a bleeding or blood-clotting disorder; breast, uterine, or another hormone-related cancer; liver disease or a history of jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes) caused by use of in the past; undiagnosed, abnormal vaginal bleeding; migraines; asthma; or seizures or epilepsy.
