When I’m leaving work each evening I call home to let Kathleen know that I’m on my way and that dinner had damn well better be on the table when I get there.

well it's been 14 months since the procedure and I've had my final visit to the consultant. In case anyone was wondering, things have turned out pretty well. There is some residual scarring from the wound resulting from the swelling, but in general I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

I've been doing the stretching exercises up until recently, which prevent the underlying scar tissue from shrinking and thus retracting the penis and reducing the results of the lengthening procedure. This has been pretty tedious but worth it if it meant ensuring a good result.

original length: 12.5cm (5 inches)
final length: 18cm (7 inches and a bit:) )

original width: hard to say, but not great.
final circumference: 12cm

Thats a gain of over 2 inches in length with an increase in width which prevents the penis from retracting in its flaccid state, which is what used to happen. Pretty good numbers I reckon, and the erect length is definitely increased.

Añadiendo además, que mucho de estos pacientes, no informan a sus médicos de la pérdida de su capacidad auditiva, porque lo consideran propio de su edad avanzada, y no asociada a la toma de un fármaco.

Aunque nuestro órgano competente en este aspecto, es la Agemed (Agencia Española del Medicamento) no está demás, que si usted o alguna persona de su entorno está a tratamiento con uno de estos fármacos, y observa, una pérdida de la capacidad auditiva, se lo comente a su médico en la próxima visita.

Il citrato di sildenafil, il cui nome commerciale più diffuso è Viagra, è un farmaco sviluppato dalla compagnia farmaceutica Pfizer utilizzato nella terapia della disfunzione erettile (impotenza od impotentia erigendi).

Il sildenafil viene assunto per bocca e viene assorbito in maniera rapida dall'intestino. La concentrazione ematica del farmaco, in effetti, raggiunge i valori massimi entro un'ora dall’assunzione. La sua biodisponibilità si aggira intorno al 40% a causa del forte effetto di primo passaggio epatico. Il sildenafil viaggia nel sangue legato per oltre il 95% alle proteine plasmatiche.

Il farmaco viene metabolizzato a livello epatico da due citocromi: il citocromo 3A4 ed il citocromo 2C9. Il principale metabolita ottenuto è l'N-demetil sildenafil il quale è ancora farmacologicamente attivo (è in grado di inibire le 5PDE con una potenza, rispetto al sildenafil, del 50%). Generalmente si utilizzano dosi di farmaco variabili tra i 25 ed i 100 mg, partendo dai quantitativi più bassi per poi aumentare a seconda della risposta. Si consiglia di non superare una dose giornaliera di 100 mg e di non assumere mai più di una dose di farmaco in 24 ore. È bene anche non utilizzare il sildenafil insieme ad altri prodotti per il trattamento della disfunzione erettile.

The FDA is reporting Viagra causes vertigo, dizziness, temporary and ongoing loss of hearing.

CNN reports that Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis may increase risk of sudden hearing loss. I don't expect this will affect sales, though, as any man taking this medication is obviously not interested in conversation.
