Use a sunscreen or protective clothing if you must be outside for a prolonged period. Before you have any medical or dental treatments, emergency care, or surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are using Sinequan. It might take several weeks before you feel the full benefit of Sinequan. Elderly patients may be more sensitive to the effects of Sinequan and might require a lower dose. Do not use Sinequan in children younger than 12 years of age. Safety and effectiveness in this age group have not been confirmed.
